Zalate’s Taqueria

The project consisted of a 6,000 square foot design-build renovation to convert an existing building into a unique restaurant space. The interior included a commercial kitchen, dining area, restrooms, and a small retail area. Work involved extensive demolition, replacement of the electrical system, modifications and additions to the HVAC system, and replacement of the plumbing system. Exterior improvements included painting, roof repairs, and the construction of a custom wood pergola.
