Western Avenue Retail Center

Completion: February 2026

This project was a ground up development of a two-tenant retail building. It included full site development, utilities, parking, and engineered stormwater management featuring a concrete retaining wall and retention basin. The masonry and steel structure incorporates modern storefront glazing and a dedicated drive through lane for one tenant. Interior build outs included complete mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, along with a specialty climate controlled humidor room, delivering a fully customized retail space built for durability, performance, and long term functionality.
