THE VIEW AT DEANE HILL

The View at Deane Hill is a multi-family development consisting of three buildings and 108 residential units. Preparing the site required significant earthwork, grading, and elevation changes to accommodate the buildings, parking areas, amenities, and detention pond while coordinating drainage and utility infrastructure throughout the development.

The project includes multiple apartment layouts along with a range of resident amenities, including a large swimming pool, dog park and dog wash station, fire pit, common areas, and EV charging stations.
