Shoppes at Hardin Valley

The project consisted of new construction of more than 30,000 square feet of retail space with full site development across more than 4 acres of undeveloped land. Scope included grading, installation of site utilities for storm sewer, sanitary sewer, water, electrical, and fire suppression, paving, and placement of more than 100,000 square feet of permeable pavers with underground stormwater retention and treatment. The building is a steel-framed structure with structural and nonstructural metal stud wall framing. The exterior combines brick, EIFS, and glass with a low-slope EPDM roofing system.
