Roane State Community College

This project featured the construction of an 11,970-sf pre-engineered metal building, beginning with grading, site preparation, and installation of site utilities. A new slab was poured to support the structure, which now houses locker room, laundry, restroom, and batting cage facilities built with durable masonry walls. The scope included full electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems as well as interior finishes such as sealed concrete, acoustical ceilings, paint, and custom tiled flooring in the foyer.
