Pilot Flying J Tenant Renovation

This project consisted of tenant renovations for Pilot at Pellissippi Point IV in Knoxville. The scope of work included demolition and interior build-out to reconfigure the suite layout, installation of new finishes, and upgrades to building systems to support the client’s operational needs. Work also covered painting, flooring, ceiling modifications, and electrical improvements to create a refreshed and functional office environment.
