The project consisted of the construction of four buildings totaling 19 residential units, offering a combination of two- and three-bedroom floor plans. Six of the units were townhouse style, designed as multi-story structures. The scope also included the construction of a new office building with private offices, a meeting room, a break room, and storage areas. Additional site improvements included a playground, a multiuse community room within one of the buildings, and perimeter fencing with gated access.
