Gettysvue Clubhouse

Repairs were completed at the Gettysvue Country Club clubhouse following lightning damage. The work included demolition of damaged brick and flue liner, masonry repairs, and full recoating of the chimney with EIFS over masonry. Roof repairs included replacing a damaged section and reflashing around the chimney. Glass replacement, canopy system removal and repair, chimney relining with cementitious material, and installation of new chimney caps were also performed to restore the building to safe, functional condition.
