Enclave at Hardin Valley

This project had two phases.

Phase One: 140-unit multi-family new construction with a clubhouse and swimming pool. Scope included site clearing, mass excavation, underground water retention, all new utility infrastructure, roads, retaining walls, wood framing, and brick, stone, and siding veneer.

Phase Two: 96-unit multi-family new construction with a clubhouse, swimming pool, and 41 garages. Scope included site clearing, mass excavation, underground water retention, all new utility infrastructure, roads, retaining walls, wood framing, and brick, stone, and siding veneer.
