East Outparcel – Hardin Valley Retail Center

The East Outbuilding at Hardin Valley Retail Center was constructed as a ground-up project that delivered a fully functional shell building ready for tenant build-outs. Work included site preparation, concrete foundations and slab, structural steel framing, masonry, and roofing. The exterior was completed with brick walls, EIFS cornices, aluminum storefront systems with clear tempered glass, and metal canopies. Interior work provided framed and insulated tenant spaces with drywall and finishes, along with complete plumbing, electrical, and fire alarm systems. The project also included exterior improvements such as sidewalks, permeable pavers, striping, and signage.
