The project involved the full renovation of a 7,400 square foot former bank building into a modern rapid care medical clinic. The work included complete interior demolition and structural roof upgrades to support new HVAC equipment. A full interior build-out was completed with new wall layouts, plumbing, electrical systems, HVAC ductwork, and high-quality interior finishes. Coordination with the tenant was essential for the receipt and installation of specialized medical equipment, including X-ray machines and physical therapy equipment, ensuring proper fit and seamless integration with the final finishes.
