Celestina

This project involved the full build-out of Celestina, a new restaurant at Bexhill Drive in Knoxville. The work included pouring a new interior concrete slab, constructing interior walls, and completing all finishes such as drywall, tile, polished concrete floors, and painted ceilings. Custom details featured concrete and solid surface countertops, shiplap siding, and a wood-framed pergola with composite roof. Mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems were installed throughout, including a new rooftop HVAC unit, a complete sprinkler system, full domestic water and gas piping, and final connections to commercial kitchen equipment. Exterior improvements added patio fencing and a walk-in cooler enclosure, while restroom partitions, fixtures, and specialties completed the fit-out.
