Callahan Flats
Location: Knoxville, TN
Completion: November 2025
This project, led by the Knoxville Leadership Foundation, consisted of the new construction of three buildings containing 58 one-bedroom permanent supportive housing apartments, 24 two-bedroom apartments, and 6 three-bedroom affordable housing apartments. Additionally, the main building included supporting spaces such as a community kitchen, counseling rooms, a wellness center, and a chapel.
Monolith Construction LLC served as the general contractor and, in partnership with Bethel Construction LLC, was honored to receive the Partnership Award for our work on the Callahan Flats Apartments at the City of Knoxville’s 10th Annual Supplier Excellence Awards.
