This work included grading, installation of all site utilities including storm sewer, sanitary sewer, water, electrical, fire suppression, paving, and installation of over 100,000 square foot of permeable pavers with underground storm water retention and treatment. The building consisted of a steel framed structure with both structural and non structural metal stud wall framing. The exterior of the building was a combination of brick, EIFS, and glass, along with a low slope EPDM roofing system.
