A 6,000 sq ft design build to renovate existing building into a unique restaurant space. The interior included a commercial kitchen, dining area, restrooms, and small retail area; work consisted of extensive demolition, replacement of the electrical system, modifications and additions to the HVAC system and replacement of the plumbing systems. The exterior of the building was painted, roof repairs, and a custom wood pergola.
Van Edom’s Wine Bar

A 1,155 sq ft fast track tenant finish consisting of pouring a new concrete slab, interior framing and drywall, electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems, and installation of kitchen equipment. Finishes included custom millwork, stained concrete flooring, interior painting, copper ceiling tile, and custom shelving and wine storage.
