Roane State Community College
New construction consisting of grading and site preparation and installation of site utilities. Upon completion, a new slab was poured in preparation of the erection of a 11,970 sf Pre Engineered Metal Building. On the interior of the building, new locker room, laundry, restroom, and batting cage facilities were built utilizing masonry walls. Electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems were installed, as were interior finishes including sealed concrete, acoustical ceilings, paint, and custom tiled flooring in the foyer.

Lenoir City High School
Project consisted of a new 2,200 square foot addition to the existing cafeteria, 1,000 square foot renovation of existing kitchen area, and 800 square foot renovation of the common area restrooms. Cafeteria work required demolition, site grading, concrete footers, masonry, new structural steel, EPDM roof, HVAC, electrical, lighting, and casework with solid surface countertops. Kitchen area was renovated with all new food service equipment and restrooms included demolition, plumbing, new fixtures, tile floors and walls, casework.

25,000 square foot educational tenant finish in unfinished vanilla box conditions, light gauge metal framing, gypsum board, low voltage data infrastructure including key card access, plumbing, finishes. Parking lot construction for students included underground detention facility, water quality unit, mass excavation, site electric.

Renovation consisting of the demolition of a clean room to increase classroom size. Involved new gypsum, acoustical ceiling, countertops, paint, flooring, and relocation of existing electrical systems.
